The city is a bit paradoxical : you can see stereotypes and modernity at the same time. The best way to discover Paris is to have long walks in the early morning, when the streets aren't over-crouded... (in my opinion)

I must congratulate Le Sheep Productions! Really like this one - very arty! The last time I was in Paris was about 7 years ago and it rained the whole time! I wish I had had a camcorder to capture the water cascading down the steps at Sacre Couer, in beautiful waterfalls (yes, it rained a LOT!).

Rain, in Paris? Are you sure? ;) The weather was mostly cold and a bit rainy during my stay, I have to say... Even colder than where I live now, on the Atlantic coast - which is often said to be a rainy place. Anyway, rain is needed to keep the landscapes green.
