After having 3 kids and breastfeeding all of them your breast aren't what they use to be. I just turned 27 and I hate my saggy breast. If I had the money to do this surgery I would do it with no hesitation.

A) Any doctor can do this without a license so long as they are any type of doctor.
B) Most do it on the side for the cash and they suck at it.

@MsHolyHo The nerve endings that affect sensitivity in the nipples remain the same. It make take a few months, obviously, for the sensitivity to come back to previous levels.
