  • I'll just scroll on and pick one,Oh there is Tiny Hulk lmfao

  • this is multitouch or dual touch ???

    regards :D

  • @speakone

I think that is dual touch :D

  • I'm definitely getting this phone now! <3

  • @taylorarlisehudson: Bad idea, there is going to be a new droid lineup very soon (i think 1 to 3 months is a good guess), you will be stuck with an outdated, unsupported phone if you get it now.

  • MESSAGE ME TO BUY THIS!!

  • dont get this, the iphone 3g fixed this years ago, HTC took their sweet sweet time.....

  • What app is he using

  • Comment removed

  • ' no hesitation at all as it goes in and out"

  • You NEVER cross the streams.

  • Why do iphone and blackberry users come on these vids to hate on android phones and vice versa? The more phones these different companies come out to compete with, the better is is for all of us.

  • every android review page it has iphone haters why do you people suck so hard and cry on these reviews iphone is unbeatable get over it

  • @neoarcadezr thats why android is doing better according to stocks... look at apple they're doing horrible!

  • @Donnyrocks1996 they are doing better because there are 100 versions of android phones not to mention buy one get one free deals they are just selling cheap junk fandroids go crazy for

  • This is stupid, you pre-loaded both the browser page and the map. So if you do it yourself, you'll see that it takes time to load...

  • I'm getting it tomorrow. Though I don't understand why it is cheaper than the droid 2 etc

  • AWSUMMMMMMM

  • While I prefer Blackberry, the Incredible is one of the best and most feature packed phones on the markets. They have made a lot of improvements on this android phone.

The iphone can't even compare. The Camera alone on the Incredible makes it one of the best cell phones, everything is just gravy.

  • @Harblax android is not laggy. the multi touch on droid incredible is smooth as hell trust me I have one

  • @Harblax did apple have mms or copy and paste or multi tasking or a 1ghz processor or customization since 2007? ifaggot

  • Hey, Check out Droid.org for the latest news and information about everything Droid. Register on forums for a chance to win a Nintendo Wii Sport.

  • haha lol... i have the ipod touch 2g, and even this device can handle this problem... xP = Apple is the best! =P

  • so glad the incredible was back ordered till the droid x came out

  • Lol, there gonna get sued haaaaard.

  • is it just me or does the gps and maps on android phones kick the crap out of iphone 3gs?

please let me know if im going crazy ha

  • will the screen on the incredible be able to register more than two fingers on the screen?

  • DON'T CROSS THE STREAMS!!!

  • assuming the droid x is available to buy, i cant decide if i should get the X or the incredible, though at this point im leaning more toward the X.

  • @JamieMadrox195 I'd got for the Incredible because the screen is STUNNING! Like, you will say "Holy shit, wow!" when you see it! It uses HTC Sense, you can load other ROMs on it. Better music player, better everything. I love it. And in my opinion, much better design.

  • @BarricadeSlade its funny, i got an email about this comment on my new droid incredible that i just got yesterday. I ended up getting it instead cause i liked it better than the X after playing with both in the store. And yes i like HTC Sense it is awesome. Much better than my old Motorola Droid.

  • Look at those fat fingers.

  • apple sucks. it's got evil intentions.

  • @icarus119 It wants the green in your pocket and the gray in your brains.

  • I'm getting this tomorrow :D

  • Phil are you located in the Gulf Coast cause I definitely just seen your GMaps in Pcola?

  • DONT CROSS THE STREAMS@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks slot for this video 5 star's

  • galaxy s multitouch is way much better

  • doea anyone know that flashing circle light is on the top of the phone??

  • Can somebody tell me what's the song in the background?

  • Not two different panels necessarily, two different touch processors, the processor in the nexus one wasn't mean to process multitouch, although the processor in the droid incredible is meant for an unlimited amount of touch inputs simultaneously

  • @AndroidCentral What's the song?

  • @AndroidCentral What's the song name?

  • why does apple copy everyone else.

  • The Desire has the same crappy sensor as on the Nexus One. I really like the incredible but i live in europe and the device won't be launched here so i gotta take the desire..DAMN! What should i Fu**ing do? ;)

  • @snickersrullz buy it from Ebayyyyyyyyyyyyy if you watched ebay song youll no what i mean

  • should i get this fone or the droid cuz im getting a upgrade for my bday!?

  • @babyjelloap deffinetly this phone. destroys the droid in every possible way.

  • should i get this fone or the droid cuz im getting a upgrade for my bday!?

  • Reading hardcore apple fan's responses to anything android related makes me sick. They're so misguided with the wrong information and assumptions.

"Apple did it first! Stop copying!"

"Apple perfected this 3 years ago!"

What none of these idiots know and refuse to believe is that Apple did not invent any of this. What they also forget is that in a world of COMPETITION, the CONSUMER wins. These morons like to be spoon fed all the crap Apple gives them based on reputation.

  • Droid does art!

  • At least they didn't name it.... Droid Fabulous! xD

  • Tried this test on the moto droid and works good too

  • watch?v=lKejCxG-OzE

  • "There's no hesitation at all, just going in and out..."

    Thats what He said

  • lol voice crack at :58 after trying to sound tough

  • I just tried that Blue Dot test you just did, with one of my N1s, and it didn't lose the dots, at all. Same Dots Same finger. Did it the same way you did.

Never had any issues with my N1s.

  • "I have GOT to get me one of these!"

    - Will Smith

  • @Eleo235 LMAO

  • hd2 does not have this multitouch issues so what

  • does any1 no how to swithc of 3g cauz it waist alot of battery

  • I clicked because I saw Domo-kun!

  • 0:29 hahaha, that's what she said!

  • Could it just be a software issue. Multi-touch came with a firmware update on Nexus One, maybe Incredible comes with a more advanced firmware in terms of multi-touch performance. How sure are you the 3.7" WVGA OLED touch-screen is improved?

  • So why won't google aknowledge their failure with the N1 and fix it?

They are just as bad as everyone else when it comes to bugs and updates/

  • @surgeyX The multitouch problem isn't a software bug, it's a hardware flaw in the Nexus One itself. The problem is that HTC and Google decided to use Synaptics' outdated ClearPad 2000 sensor for the N1, which wasn't designed for multitouch. Now, for their new devices, HTC's going with Atmel's maXTouch sensor (as seen on Incredible and Evo), released in September 2009 and designed with very advanced multitouch capabilities.

  • @Kragnerac

    I see...that sucks!

  • I', tiny hulk! aaarrrrr! xD

  • wow this looks pretty sleek

i guess i gonna get this instead of desire

  • so what to buy?

    Nexus or Incredible ? :((

    i'm stuck now

  • @lopatamd htc droid incredible ... you even get htc sense and it's awesome...

  • Despite the best implementation of multi-touch on and android device, the iphone still is very smooth, yet runs on less horsepower. And it still isn't that great on a snapdragon device which runs on 1Ghz?

  • @weinerschnitzelboy have you actually used a top tier android phone? that nexus one and incredible are fantastic to use, smooth and snappy. the ONLY reason WHY the iphone runs smooth on its old hardware is because it doesn't do any multitasking.

  • @Gilgamesh417 exactly. with all the resources devoted to running just one application you better get a very smooth experience! Multitasking ftw. Let the user decide if they want all their resources going to one program or splitting it up.

But then the average user won't understand that using multiple apps at once will cause slowdown and will complain about choppy pinch to zoom or something else. Gotta keep that magical experience.

  • @Gilgamesh417 Yes i have, but i have also jailbroken and ran backgrounder on an iphone, and KNOW that it runs fine, multi-tasking or not. It's all in the code.

  • no love for domo :( only tiny hulk

  • does the incredible have an indicator light? kinda like on BBs with the LED indicator, but smaller? green=service, red=something missed, etc? i saw a video where if its plugged in there's a small red light, but what about just in general?

  • OMG it is so fast.

  • chubby fingers

  • Lol the Blue and Red dots on the HTC Incredible switches fingers at 1:34

  • @iKaosii

One of his fingers loses contact with the screen for a millisecond.

Max sensor is not faulty. Its perfection. =)

  • @iKaosii Yeah they clearly switch colors. Haha.

  • @iKaosii Switching colors isn't a problem, if the fingers get to close the sensor can incorrectly interpret which finger is making which touch. If an app existed for the iphone to do the same you would see the same things happening

  • @iKaosii That's to be expected, it can't accurately guess which point leaves an identical area.

  • @iKaosii i saw that too!, i wonder if his fingers lifted off a bit or not.

  • @iKaosii thats cuz he lifted the index finger and the thumb took place of the first dot

  • Uh, yeah because he let loose of his finger. It took me all of 1 second to figure that out.

  • @iKaosii magic trick lol

  • Droid or xperia x10??

  • wow that news! The iPhone already did it in 2007! LOL

  • @matto799 oh and the iphone JUST did multitasking! LOL!

  • @Gilgamesh417 from what I hear its not even true multitasking that the iphone is getting.

  • @LoftyCuber you heard correct. it's more like the iphone os 4 captures a freeze frame of your program and stores it in the ram and you can access it from a list like a task manager. but it's not a task manager because steve jobs said so and apple fanboys just lap that shit up.

  • @Gilgamesh417 well its not exactly a taskmanager i guess. because you aren't selecting from running tasks but just frozen tasks.

  • @matto799 Wow what news! Android did multi-tasking from the beginning! LOL

  • the big droid is a big peiece of brick ill wait when they sell me the lateset droid for free, in the mean time i just got a storm 2 for free so ill let the stupid people pay the money for the phone and ill get it later

  • Wow?? Can the droid team come up with anything new besides copying the iPhone pinch to zoom in and out. Come on guys... every company just like to copy apple from computers through phones... ggeezzz...

  • @saucyisawesome You make it seem as though Apple was the first to come out with something with a touchscreen. Apple's been copying things forever. Wanna know why Verizon uses pinch to zoom as well? If it ain't broke, don't fix it! There is NO other way of zooming in on a touch screen phone that could be as practical as this. The companies are going to want to be as good as their competition OF COURSE. That's just business! Improving on other people's technology! Apple didn't invent all this shit

  • @sk8brder40 .. Dude.. its just not the pinch to zoom but look at the phone itself. I have a Motorola Droid. I use to own an iPhone and loved it but I gave it up due to I live in a small town in south Georgia and hardly get 3G and good signal. The droid to me is crap compared to the iPhone. I wish I didn't do a 2 yr contract on it but I might as well wait till iPhone hopefully comes out with VZ. The 4 navigation button... they are sensitive and it drags me insane!!

  • @saucyisawesome Yeah, but you have to admit that this phone is a good iPhone replacement for Verizon!

  • @sk8brder40 If apple didn't, then who did? Apple made pinch to zoom ffs, and they did it very well. I don't see how apple is doing anything wrong and how everyone else who IS copying apple are doing it better.

Every other phone just used some button to zoom until apple INVENTED pinch to zoom, and then every other phone used pinch to zoom after they realized how apple's way of doing things were better, and it seems like after 3 years they still can't get it to work as smoothly a la` Nexus One.

  • @Jibbsterz it worked fine on the pre tho

  • @Jibbsterz Apple didn't invent pinch to zoom nor multi-touch. It's a fact. It was invented around 1983. That's when Apple released their first COMPUTER. And Apple buys their touchscreens from other companies, which HTC and all the other phone manufacturers does. These so called manufacturers just puts everything together into devices we can use. Apple has not invented, it has either built on existing things or bought technologies as they were born. Don't be a fanboy.

  • @sk8brder40 Well said. One of my professors pointed out the other day that the whole point of patents is not to hide things, but to make them clearer so everyone knows a good way to do things. The way we treat improvements in technology tends to be kind of backwards from what makes sense.

  • I already pre-ordered mine!! I can't wait!!!!

  • Can you do that on the Droid Eris?

  • what kreep keeps pics of toy dolls on jhis phone?

  • haha Apple had this down and perfected 3 years ago

  • @dmix09 and apple has had cameras on their phones for like! o...wait...but at least you can send pictures with the normal iphones...oh wait...all companies have problems, what you are is an apple fanboy

  • @L3m0nfr35h naa i just stated a fact. but i don't disagree with you at all, apple has some annoying business tactics

  • @L3m0nfr35h the first generation iphone had a camera, you can now send pictures with the normal iphone (the 3G and the 3Gs).

    Your arguments are moot.

  • @MorganFawnvern The normal iPhone argument I'm guessin was directed toward the 1st one, which at this point don't support MMS.

  • @PAPERCLlPS I figured but at this point, its not longer in production, a few people have the first generation iphones, but they only make 3G and 3Gs, soon to drop the 3G and just have the 3Gs and 4G.

It's the same thing as saying the orginal verizon chocolate is "the normal chocolate" vs their new chocolate touch. His argument was still saying that the original iphone didn't have a camera as well.

just sayin'.. I'm not an apple fanboy, but anti-fanboys are just as annoying.

  • Is Droid can use 4or 5 fingers ? cause iPhone does..

  • @yongari2003 As much fingers as you can fit on the screen.

  • The grpahixs processor doesn't lag. O_O

  • The iPhone "works just fine" with 4 fingers..

  • "There's no hesitation at all, its just going in and out". (0:25)

    THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID

  • wish it had a physical keyboard

  • no dont cross the streams havent you seen ghostbusters

  • Look up:

Dominick playing Apologize, Blindfolded on piano

  • Anybody who gets excited over a freaking cellphone is a loser. Get a life!

  • @brrtown ur just mad u got a prepaid

  • @brrtown

your phone can be very very handy in life. I guess you haven't relise that yet. You are still one of those "I only wants to call and text with it".

  • @catha86

Wrong. I use the latest tech just like everyone else. I just don't get excited over a cellphone - unless it's capable of cooking me dinner.

  • @brrtown

why do you use the latest tech? And if you do so you should understand why people get excited. Because new technologies is showing up! And new features.

  • @catha86

There hasn't been anything new in a long time. All they did is take the cellphone and add features from a regular laptop/computer. I'm looking for a giant leap.

  • @brrtown

I don't know what a giant leap means for you but since I bought mine Nokia 5800 I've seen so much improvements. HTC phones for example are new too me and it looks so cool.

  • @brrtown thats so true!!! thats very good point. I heard droid can cook for you hahhaalols ..droid can do all that!! Iphone is old now so I want new tech. wow!!!.. I"m so excited for this dammm Droid. hahahhahahalols I sleep with it. you know..

  • the touch test on the incredible was messed up

    the color dots switched

the blue on was originally the index finger's, but after he crossed his fingers, the index got the orange dot

  • why does everyone copy apple products?

  • What else can you do with multitouch besides zoom and rotate?

  • What phone is that pls tell me :D

  • @XxWindShadoWxX ur kinda slow

  • and the results are?

  • 1:33

    NEVER CROSS STREAMS BRO

  • Comment removed

  • One thing everyone should know by now DONT CROSS THE STREAMS!

  • Theres's another multitouch app. That app is programmed wrong.

  • Why didn't all life as we know it stop instantaneously and every molecule in his body explode at the speed of light?

  • Great test phil

Just wondering is the senser inside the HTC Desire?

  • Dude .. its still not perfect .. when you said that you cross stream and it works the way it should the 2 colored dots switch fingers... that's not supposed to happen!! That said .. its better than the N1 for sure!

  • Lose music in reviews

  • "Don't cross the streams."

  • Incredible

  • Nice I guess HTC finally switch to the Synaptics ClearPad 3000.

  • @dreamcastdc

I've read that its the Atmel mxt224 panel. Not sure how accurate that is. But thats what I read on androidcentral

  • Humm... that fixes the issue that I have had on my Hero with that app... lol

  • Wow, I really want this phone... thanks for sharing this!

  • Better late than never! Thanks HTC for giving the Clearpad 2000 the boot. :)

  • Hey, could you possibly try to disable touch flo on the incredible to see the differences? I like the hardware of the incredible but I like the nexus one's UI more.

  • @Nickbusta29 Agreed. I think if you go into manage apps, then to HTC Home and clear defualts it will allow you to chose Home or HTC sense. Choose Home and check "Make this my Defualt". Thats what I do on my hero that runs 2.1

  • Hmm... are we sure that the axis flip wasn't due to the awkward move he was doing with his fingers? Watch closely at 1:34... it looks to me like his index finger slips a bit, so that just his fingernail was touching, if that.

I feel like it should have remembered which dot represented his thumb, but this looks like a pure software issue -- look at how many times he crosses the lines without an axis flip.
