Yes, and all of those things are the same thing: SUGAR. ALL carbohydrates are nothing but sugar -- it doesn't matter if you eat a candy bar, an orange or a plate of rice or corn, it will all have the same effect on your body, and will kill your ass dead before you turn 50 if you continue to eat them.
