We need to get our federal reps to clarify for the courts that the illegals are NOT the "We the People" intended by our Constitution, and the constitution of Mexico, etc, has no jurisdiction here. Accordingly, the illegals are NOT entitled to Due Process or any other constitutional rights, only to SUMMARY JUSTICE, same as military tribunals dispense.

Get Congress to clarify that for the courts as enacted law, then the ACLU, etc. will have no standing to file lawsuits.

Hardly free. In California and Oregon, when you go to a hospital the first thing they tell you is that you better be legal or else you won't get any services. Where do people say that illegals get free healthcare?

Hosptials are required by federal law to not turn away an illegal alien. That alien who has no SS# or way to track, never pays the hosptial for their services. That is how illegals get free health care.

That is news to me. When I went to a hospital in California the first thing the attendant said that accordiing to CA law if I was not legal they could not treat me. I just wanted to walk out of there. Here in Portland at a local community college, the first thing out of their mouth was that I could not take classes unless I was legal. Activists on the Supreme Court have already wrongly ruled that illegals are entitled to the same services as our citizens. If you weren't aware of that, then you should google "illegal aliens access to medical" and similar words. It will make you vomit, if you are a citizen who opposes illegals. They have already bankrupted over 100 hospitals in California alone. Google "hospitals bankrupted by illegal aliens," then see what you come up with.
