  • im not a Jew. But i hate fucking islamist because they are retarded. so i consider the Jew an island of reasoning is a sea of ignorance racist dogs. if Israel nuked the bastards off the planet i would be giddy with excitment.

  • Hezbllah are not terrorists. The only terrorists Are those damn Zionists. Those fucked up people steal land, Kill Children, Steal money (from americans and the world) and violate rights. And the isrealis atacked lebanon. This is clearly Hezbollah doing self-defense.

  • I'm israeli citizen.

this is no fire from 3'rd store , but it's not good.

  • If Israel was waging a war on Palestine there wouldnt be a Palestine another delude lefty move to iran youll be happier there

  • dilogi.. That is a well stated point you have made about Hezbollah having elected members in their parliament which the Lebanese people have voted for, that dismisses all arguments that one makes that they are a terrorist organization. When in reality they are ingrained in the Lebanese government and society.

  • Whether you use the criteria of election as neccessary to label Hezbollah, or any other form of military, as a so-called "terrorist organization" or not is meaningless when you take into account the actions of the group.

  • My point is this CapnOrdinary. I want Congress to stop giving Israel 3.8 billion tax payer dollars every fiscal year. That's more foreign aid given toa nation of 6 million than all of Africa, Latin America, and Caribbeans. So you're probably asking yourself why so much money and where is that money used for? 60 percent of the their WELFARE CHECK goes directly to their military and illegally waging a war on Palestinians who don't have a military. The United States is funding GENOCIDE

  • Why else would they raise funding for shelters and participate in relief work? After observing the U.S. foreign policy on the Middle East recently, it seems as if the U.S. is trying its hardest to enforce its Evangelical beliefs. Yes, the ones about protecting the people of Israel from the "Anti-Christ". I am disgusted at how the U.S. blindly supports Israel without any remorse or empathy for the innocent civilians that are openly slaughtered in Lebanon and Palestine.

  • All palestinian women should be labeled weapons of mass destruction. And prevent them from using 9V batteries in their mouths for detonation.

  • arifp83 - I completely agree with you and would also like to clarify the fact that Hezbollah is an ELECTED part of the Lebanese government, not a terrorist organization like the Taliban, and is completely within its right to defend its nation under siege. Quite frankly, I am sick and tired of people arrogantly labeling Hezbollah as a terrorist organization. They are the Lebanese equivalent of the National Coast Guard....

  • CapnOrdinary, so how are you justifying the right for Israel to exist as a nation? last time I checked it wasn't the Palestinians who committed atrocities against the Jews in WWII. Why should the Palestinians live in such poverty and despair? It was the Palestinians who were illegally removed from their homes to make way for the Jews, it's just that simple. So take your B.S rhetoric some place else.

  • The United States is or should be blamed for Israeli's atrocities. I mean they're the ones who pour billions of American tax payer dollars to Israel, supply them with American made weapons which kills innocent, and Israel as a nation should never have existed. The world knows that the land belongs to the Palestinians.

  • Of the original Palestine, the arabs were given 87%. There were more than 13% jews in the area at the time. People tend to forget that Jordan is also part of Palestine.

Palestine was never selfgoverning. Stop your infantile self-delusion.

  • The Winograd Committee's harsh findings on the israeli's government performance in the Second Lebanon War is a source of envy for many people in Lebanon. Many criticize Hezbollah's actions and the fact the Lebanese state has allowed the terrorist organization to escape without due payment for its decision to abduct two IDF soldiers last July 12, which provoked Israel to go to war.

  • lol ,just look at the missle ...dumbasses ,its not true !!

  • i agree with shahram , isreal is a bully and a murderer . i really hope isreal is wiped off the map. i have ahd enough of watchin what they do to people in palestine.

does anyone else think that the refugee camps in palestine are similar to the ghetos in WW2 ..

SHAME ON U ISREAL maybe hitler really could see the future ?

  • wipe yourself off the map first before u try to wipe others off

  • Dumbass alert. How come countries like Jordan and Syria , who helped create the camps, not take responsibility for them. The answer is, Muslim countries don't like palestinians either. Jordan slaughtered thousands of them in those camps. Ever wonder what the "Black September" group is named after?

  • At least learn to erase the cpr distortion when you are trying to use premier movie software to make fake videos otherwise those who use the software themselves can spot your sloppy attempts to spread your propaganda bullshit....LOL....

  • I feel for the innocent Israeli's caught in this, but they should ask themselves who started it, and who continues the terrorism. The only way to fight terrorism to create more justice in the world, then the last of the radicals will eventually die off. Do you think they are going to come on the news one day and say they got the last one? You are fools! Violence only begets more violence. Until you understand that we are all doomed and you are just as damned as the terrorists, NO BETTER!

  • These problems didn't exist before the occupation of Palestine and the resulting apartheid and ongoing genocide. Violent response is wrong, but what do you expect. If a man went next door and killed a neighbor's kid, what do you think would happen to that man? If the USA were invaded and occupied by the Chinese, would we fight back and do whatever we could? Damn right we would!

  • I hate civilians, love making comments from their experience of reading newspapers and watching tv...whos evers side your on...go out there and help...ITS NOT WHAT YOU SAY IN LIFE,ITS WHAT YOU DO! so stop Bitching!

  • whats funny is the watch these missiles being fired and when Israel go gunning for them the local civilians have the attitude of missiles? what missiles, there were no missiles here. the other thing is hezbolahs insistance that they don't use innocent civilains as shields. well they got that partly right becuase if civilians are going to harbor and protect hezbolah and it's weapons then they are not so innocent.

  • I have looked at a number of videos and nowhere are rockets being fired close enough to an apt. building that the building needs to be hit. Yo, "true belivers", height of building, angle of rockets, lancher must be at least 100 meters from the building. Since laser/tv guided bombs can be delivered plus or minus 2 meters, the only way the building gets hit is if Israel is in to committing war crimes. People like scotx2 must find reality really annoying!!!

  • Not all the bombs being used are laser guided simply becuase they are expensive and in limited supply.

  • war is a sham...the military industrial complex has plenty of money...

  • Is this a video or a video game?

  • If I found that my "side" in any argument was attracting "support" like that from out and out racists like you, suckdballz, I'd be having serious doubts about whether it was time to change teams!

  • no doubt about them taking precautions. but still, they destroyed a lot of civilian infrastructure and killed lots of innocent people. THIS is not lebanons problem. this is israels problem. so leave lebaon alone! everything else is just unfair and i can understand people getting VERY angry.

  • hey shubi is true what scotch says is like in the inner city when i see ganbangers hanging in front of the house i tell them not to be or call the police there because i have kids i dont want no driveby shooting killing my kids if cops did not don anything i will get the f%%k out

  • actually hezbolahs leader stated in a TV interview that top lebanese politicians knew ahead of time that hezbolah was going to hit Israel and Kidnap soldiers. (which is a act of war) so Lebenon is not totally guiltless in this.

  • tom

    islam is evil

hezbolah are backed by the government and operate behind the shield of civilians

the jews only retaliated after much provocation

muslims refuse to live in peace where ever they are

    remember the lessons of 9/11

  • This aint fake, if you want fake photos you have to go to :

    www.reuters.com

Hizbollah & Lebanon are one and the same, they started something they cannot finish, this ain't 1996. Too many people are scared of being bombed on holidays or on their way to work. The world don't care, you are either going to have to deal with Israel or win the war. However until you can do the second, please stop trying to dictate terms to Israel.

  • Bump

  • wat the fuck

that can be done in a video game ...u ppl wash brainers ..liars

  • "Salamwamat, read the UNIFIL reports on regular breaches by both sides during this 6 years" - The reason behind the 'kidnapping mission' have been articulately stated by Nasrallah. He believed the USA and Israel were paving the way for an imminent attack on Lebanon. He quite skillfully avoids the 'who's side of the border?' question in the same speech though, I'd like to know if he has claimed it took place in Lebanon or if it's other sources which claim this.

  • Its actually hard to find precise information about the location of the capture of the two Israelis, Chris. The earliest reports (presumably from Hezbolah press releases) indicated that it happened on the Lebanese side of the border. Some of the comments in Nasrallah's responses to questions in his press conference at http://www.upc.org.uk/hasann12jul06.html indicate that he either didn't know, or that he believed it occured in Israel, though, as generally maintained and supported by UNIFIL.

  • Let's keep bombing the terror group hezbullah. In support of world peace. They do hide behind women and children the hole world knows it.To bad for the Lebanese people who are stuck in the middle. We could only hope the lebanese army helps in destroying the hez, cowards.

  • THese were NOT the only choices here scotchscotch, and the approach adopted (widespread air attacks etc) were targetted more at cowering the Lebanese than getting rid of rockets. Lebanon could equally claim that it needs a way of neutralising the vast dangers clearly posed to it by Israeli air, sea and land based firepower. One heck of a lot more Isaraeli ordnance has landed on Lebanon over the years than has gone the other way (along with the occasional Israeli invasion).

  • "Lebanon could equally claim that it needs a way of neutralising the vast dangers clearly posed to it by Israeli air, sea and land based firepower."

Wrong. Israel had no quarrel with Lebanon other than it involuntarily (?) serves as a base for Hez terrorists. Hez is Iran's & Syria's pawn. Neutralized Hez, Lebanon & Israel revert to status quo.

  • "Israel had no quarrel with Lebanon"

The history of the last 26 years says something very different, scotchscotch. Its naive to believe that this is just about captured soldiers and rockets given the Israel/US "new MiddleEast" strategy.

  • Its hard to believe a military response after initially dozens (now up to over 3000) rockets? A massive arms build up (via Iran - now confirmed)? 6 years of Hez entrenchment, Iran's threats, and Syria's assasination of the former Lebanese PM?? Indeed, Hez are thugs, Lebanon is hostage, & Israel must respond or die. We on the sidelines are next.

  • That Hezbollah had around 13000 Katyushas was well known before this invasion of Lebanon, scotchx2. I guess this was seen as trivial by Israel and the US, given the far larger number of bombs, missiles and shells which Israel has landed on Lebanon. Given that Katyushas carry a warhead of 10 to 40 kgs while the Israelis are using 1000Kg bombs, I guess the Israeli govt factored in Israeli casualties , or decided that some would be good to boost local enthusiasm, when they embarked on this war.

  • Pray tell, how did you come by the following spicy piece of intel?

"That Hezbollah had around 13000 Katyushas was well known before this invasion of Lebanon" (?!)

Its appalling your prejudice & how little you know about Israel. (Pity too 'cuz, unlike others here, you're clearly not un-intelligent.)

  • scotch writes:

"how did you come by the following spicy piece of intel?"

I first came across this figure quoted by the "globalsecurity" web site on the first day of the war, , scotchx2

The figure of 13000 was apparently first reported by the Head of Israeli Security in 2004. See http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/world/para/hizballah-rockets.htm

  • I should add, scotchx2, that I'm not at all "prejudiced against Israel". My own view is that the only way in which Israel can survive in the long run is if it learns to live with its neighbours and they with it. I also think that its survival depends on rapid economic development in both Lebanon and Palestine. The current events have set such processes back by many, many years. Israel needs to stop thinking of military power as the answer to its problems.

  • Nope.

Israel is responsible for the very existance of Hizbollah.

That movement sprang up as a direct result of Israel's 1982 invasion of Lebanon.

  • Yes, clearly this offensive is about wiping out that friendly charity group called Hezbollah. These guys are so friendly, and they were founded on the principles of Islamic love. In their videos they give the Nazi salute due to the fact that they have the same love of the Jews as did the Nazis. So, it is hard to understand why Israel would be so mean to them, poor Hezzies. But then again, just like the Nazis, they have massive civilian support.

  • well, after seeing how respectless israel is treating the civilians, i can understand very well that hezbulla has massive support. dont you?

  • NO I CAN'T

  • RodHagen

What do you mean by "starting point"? Israel left Lebanon for 6 years now. Isn't it a good "starting point"? And at that period of time the HA attacked Israel 6 times. When is the "proper time" for you to let Israel to defend itself?

HA is the long launched aggressive hand of extreme Muslim Iran, and their attack's timing was due the Iranian nuke's and the G-8.

  • Salamwamat, read the UNIFIL reports on regular breaches by both sides during this 6 years, including almost daily breaches of soverign airspace, a variety of incursions by military, shelling etc by Israel during that period. You can find them at http://www.un.org/Depts/dpko/missions/unifil/unifilDrp.htm You might also consider the consequences of the many occasions on Israel has used military force throughout the region generally, all of which could equally well be called "starting points".

  • Anyone actually thought about the fact that the area is the highest point in the area? Might be a good idea not to fire the missiles from a too low area where there are buildings, you know...

  • Actually a person with a name like iamnotbinladen is supposed to be taken seriously?

    How old are you, 11?

  • Right, so let me know how Israel plans on taking over Lebanon to get its water, considering that they left 6 years ago.

  • Isn't it time that both "sides" in this matter grew up enough to realise that their own interests are best served by making peace rather than killing each other and justifying it afterwards? There is no "right" and "wrong" in this conflict. Your survival depends on developing mutual respect and understanding if you want to last more than a few decades so your grandchildren can all enjoy the places that you fight over.

  • sadly, there's also a strong argument for simply annihilating your enemy completely. it worked in north america.

  • So, Israel wasn't attacked in an unprovoked cross-border attack? And if it was (actually that's probably just propoganda) Israel should idly stand by as its soldiers are killed and its citizens are targeted by missiles. (which by the way, has been going on for years)

  • You can pick a "starting point" that suits either side here, ypdmd. You can pick the capture of the two Israelis, or the earlier Israeli capture of Lebanese and Palestinians, or its earlier invasions of Lebanon, or the PLO's earlier attacks on Israel, etc etc going back to the time of partition and beyond. There is no "starting point" of any meaning. But clearly the massive Israeli offensive is NOT about getting the two captured soldiers back.

  • Correct Rod, the Israeli offensive is about neutralizing the effectiveness of the Katusha rockets. Israel needs to put those fuckers out of range. Lebanon's government wouldn't and army could'nt provide it. Israel's choice: tragic unavoidable collateral damage or death in a hailstorm of rockets. What would you do?

  • well go there, behind the building and stop them from firing rockets. but sure not just blow up the building! what does the building and the people inside have to do with it?

  • "well go there, behind the building and stop them.." With all due respect, RU nuts? I do know, from friends in the IAF, that they take tremendous precautions to prevent collateral damage. Nevertheless, if I'm a Lebanese civillian and rockets are being launched next to my apartment building I'd get the %!@# outta there and blame Hez for the trouble!

  • I agree...I'd be walking as far away as possible from the zone. Hezbos might have a gun holding them hostage though. It wouldn't surprise me.

  • Back and forth, back and forth...when will this shit end? People are dying on both sides!

  • Go Hezbollah! We need to kill more Jews. Adolf Hitler is smiling from the hell. Israel = terror.

  • what? you said hitler is in hell but also said kill more jews. this comment says i know killing jews is wrong but i support it. god i love how liberals think.

  • liberal? the guy's just playing devil's advocate, like saying "kill MORE babies" or "eat babies" & since when is anti-semtism liberal?

  • This is just gov. propaganda.

    lameeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • and Hezbollah tries to look like a hero to the innocent people of Lebanon after they use the same innocent people as cover by bringing aid and things. I think the Israelis did not want a ceace fire because that would have given Hezbollah more time to escape and find new positions to fire missiles and rockets from.

  • That's why Israel has ground forces also, but I guess Israel thought that bombing from the air would work and not kill civilians.

  • Poor Israel, always the victim. Thats how she likes to portray herself anyway. Self defence? Bull. More like a determined effort to foster a new generation of terrorists, so that Israel may forever use terrorism as a means of justifying her agression towards her neighbours and opression of the native Palestinians.

So long as Zionism funds the US mass media and runs rife in the White house, nothing will change.

  • <b>k2nas</b> Ridiculous and foolish thing to say. Really remarkable blend of non -sequitar and idiocy. Is paranoia your usual psychosis?

  • mongo.... reality is often ridiculous.

Paranoid? maybe. Foolish? sometimes. Gullible? no.

  • well said

  • Greatest Propagandists?

Hahah, every time somebody like you starts losing the war of ideas, or losing an argument on logic, you blame superior "rhetoric" or "propaganda" of the opposing side. It's almost like asserting that you're right, but that you're no good at expressing yourself.

As if the non-English speaking propaganda machine of Hizballah is somehow better at promoting itself in an American media that has plenty of Jewish representation. I'm usually pro-Israel by the way.

  • Go to Giyus.org to see how the Israeli government are encouraging Israelis to bombard websites like youtube with pro-israeli propaganda, disguised as genuine comment and discussion.

  • WOW!!!!!

Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Finally Israel is getting wise. Israel will never be a match for the greatest misinformation propagandists in the world (Communists, Islamo-Fascists, Nazis, etc...), but at least Israel is finally realizing that it is important to get the truth out to dispel the falsehoods being spread by Hizballah and its ilk.

  • I completely agree that the other side will also be using propaganda and lies. However this does not mean that by spreading the misinformation that Hizbullah were firing rockets from the house, that Israel is getting the 'truth out'. It just means that Israel is lying as part of its war effort.

  • and this is a lie because...

  • As far as I know Israel has never actually claimed that missiles were fired from the house in which 50+ people were killed, ypdmd, and they don't claim that the building in the questionable movie was that house either. Many people seem to have assumed that it was, however, and I suspect that this is just what the IDF wanted them to think.

  • ...it's a lie because in the absence of evidence, this video has been posted in the hope that people will believe that Hizbullah were firing from the building in Qana.

At the UN in New York on Saturday the Israeli ambassador Dan Gillerman said he 'would not be surprised' to find that the victims of the bombing had been forced to stay in the building by Hizbullah. Who needs evidence when mere conjecture will do?

  • WAR=TERROR

  • Or you can just bomb the crap out of regular civilians, and kill 750 men women and children, close to 10x the death toll Israel has suffered, which results in thousands of previously moderate, peaceful, wanting to raise a family Lebenase" turning INTO angry, revenge-minded Lebanese.

Israel's ridiculous "get tough" "shock & awe" "act like the idiot Bush" campaign could almost be a recruiting commercial for Hezbollah.

    Shortsighted, cruel, stupidity.

  • If they film this, they can also go to there and catch them.

  • Yes, you might film this if you were a spy or commando unit who infiltrated the area days before the airstrike. But to go in with armed forces to capture those Hezbollah is not that easy without a fight.

On the contrary, can you ask Hezbollah to come out to the open ground and FIGHT LIKE A MAN?

  • "Fight like a man?"

You mean where you press a button in your air conditioned air control room and your F15s fly into Lebanon and drop bombs against a bunch of Hezbollah irregulars carrying AK47s?

Sure, I'm sure the Hezbollah will come out from behind their building, if Israel will come out from behind their array of US technology and high tech weaponry...

You know... to "fight like a MAN".

  • The weaponry both sides are using is conventional, no matter how advanced or obsolete it is. But 'tactics' are different. If you think you are inferior to have only AK47s (you may forget about thousands of Katyusha rockets that landed in Israel since the very beginning, never mind anti-air batteries that have taken down Israeli jets) and you choose to hide under civilian shelters, and fire from there, rather than to surrender. Of course, as a soldier, you know the consequences.

  • All I know is that Israelis are killing a whole lot of civilians in a form of barrage that has absolutely no chance whatsoever of defeating Hizballah militarily.

Lebanese are not Hizballah, and Hizballah is not Lebanon...

though at his current rate of killing children, by the time Olmert finishes his stupid campaign, 80% of Lebanon will probably support Hizballah fully.

  • So I presume you prefer the Sharon & Barak's policies of 'proportionate' retalliation and exchanging prisoners? More civilized, the Hezbollah gets the full blame?

And after a few weeks or months, both Hamas and Hezbollah will sneak in and capture some more, for the exchange of 400-500 from 7-9000 prisoners held by Israel.

  • I know that not ALL Lebaneses are Hezbollah, but I don't think Hezbollah has nothing to do with Lebanese government.

And I don't know if you have heard the Israeli officials said that the Hezbollah uses civilians as a shield is one thing, but what if the civilians are Hezbollah? That could make the Israeli's campaign a lot harder.

  • That is right, but now comes the ground offensive. No one can just level buildings and control ground, look at Stalingrad. It takes boots on the ground and then its alot of blood and guts, preferable HA blood but blood is blood. Israel cannot afford to walk away from this.

  • no but hizbolah wants lebanon

  • no...fighting like men would be having IDF risking their lives for the sake of the lives of civilians being used as shields by its enemy (and in many cases have been harboring these terrorists) in order to fight an enemy in hand to hand street combat instead of carpet bombing the whole area harboring these evil terrorists.

  • and can those israeli jockz get out of their tankz too; and fite like men!!! DAH!!!! u can plainly see it was not realli "neer the buildin'"...and why not go catvch them, or do ya realli need your toyz, (tankz), to do that? grow up!!!!!!..(talkin' on your lelvel mite teech ya)...

  • hmm, they dont seem to be firing "from" the building, but "behind" the building. since this vantage point doesnt help, Hizballah might as well be 1km behind the building while firing - it is all "behind", 1m or 1000m
