this group doesnt run much anymore, I lived with them most of last year but try facebook- theres a Columbia Freerunning and Parkour Club, join it and try to get people to come with you

Well... you guys are ok... keep practicing, you're a little better than me but that's not saying a whole lot 'cause I'm 14.  I liked the back flip, very nice. Put some more variety in the stuff and you'll have it made.
