A movie where the time have different concept, like the clock pf the heaven. Thank! Forever the absolute best and only movie all aver the time.( from Italy )
This is the only videotape that I have ever bought (no DVD was available). I'm a Dine/Navajo from southeastern Utah....I was home in this film, no other film compares to the quality and nuance of presentation. (In the film, there a part where the wife asks her husband "and why not?" I swear the musicality of the pitch and vowel sounds exactly like Dine/Navajo
One of my alltime favourites..it is an intelligent, subtle, beautiful movie..with incredible details..one of my favourite scenes is the one inside the "ger" when they have an unexpected visitor..the way the little boy observes him is really wonderfull to look at..a joy when his sister plays the accordion...and the visitor starts weeping silently...and unforgettable the intense landscape..no buildings no flats just grass and grass...a must see definitely!
Does anybody know where I can buy this movie with English soundtrack or/ and subtitles?

exactly the same Dine words "and why not?" or "and for what reason?"

@frogntoadarefriends Why not. All american indians came from this place long long time ago. Maybe some words are still the same. It would be amazing.
