  • I'm no longer playing WoW but at the time I was using Sraidframes (for raid frames), Pitbull (for other unit frames), Ora2, Icehud, Incoming Heals (to show all heals on raid members, in the raid frames), Fubar, a boss warning mod e.g. Bigwigs or DBM (swapped a few times between those), a heal/damage/death meter e.g. Violation or Recount.

  • Oh, and mouseover macros for most heals (plus clickcasting for instas, via Click2Cast).
