This is absolutely amazing, no matter what her detractors say (and there are many of them here on youtube), she's the greatest, her coloratura is just amazing, worthy of the castrati no doubt. 2:04 is incredible. Many people say her voice is very small, from this recording I don't think it's. Trantris, coud you please tell me what you thought of her voice size? Thank you very much for posting. what do you mean with "size of voice"? bartoli's range is something around 3 octaves, but she's able to sing loud, clear and unbelively fast the sounds in about 2.5 octave range. i think her lowest tones are in agitata da due venti - g (G3), her highest in few others things - f.e. here, or in "l'anime del filosofo" - c#''' (Csharp6)

if by "size" you ment loudness - i always thought, she couldn't sing too loud because of these crazy tempos, but this recording shows us clearly, she's loud enough to fill the hall with her voice:)

so, greatness of bartoli lies not in her range (it's rather random), but in her technique and agility - and her personality :D
