It has almost the same options shown in this video and you can also start the engine while in test mode. The engine temp menu is cool to drive with :) and the gauge test is fun to see to.
i don`t know if it works 08 too, if you want you can try... it`s harmless. to enter the test mode you need to hold the select/reset button , turn the ignition to RUN position and continue pressing the select/reset button (~ 5 seconds) untill TEST is displayed in the odometer. watch out because the trip km will go to 0
