@KristofferEngstrom Hi, I took off around 12:30 with quite a strong wind on the land side of Babadag but plenty of weak thermals kicking off on the sea side. Take off is 2000m and I managed to get to 2450m where there was an inversion which many managed to penetrate. As soon as you head out over the coast the air is as smooth as silk, sit back and enjoy your private balcony at 1700m asl. I landed around 15-15:30. The first half of the video is thermalling and the second half is relaxing
Fantastic, going here in June and have been wondering about the flight in to Butterfly Valley, thinking of sending the wife over on the boat and me dropping in for a beer or two!! Can't wait
Amazing flight !!!, you said you were thermaling, but the flight looked quite smooth. At which time of day was this flight made ??
