@IShotCaPNcRunCH This is the tower near the beginning of the game, you just have to come back to it when nobodies start to spawn there, im guessing some time after the hollow bastion events.
ok this took me a while to figure out as it doesn't tell you anywhere what you actually have to do... you have to press the X button on your keypad when the O is at the top (WHERE ATTACK NORMALLY IS) you can wait a few seconds as the sequence will slow down...
You need to play on critical mode to have the EXP 0 ability, otherwise you can just go for a low level proud mode clear. Usually the minimum level for that is around 30

@gregquinny2k You can do it that way, I prefer to move the selection down to the 3rd and wait for it to be that one as its very slow at that point

The same way you get there before, take the blue train in twilight town, after you get the save points you can also go straight there.

Donald's and Goofy's abilites are by bonus, not by level.

Hmm, You are correct that Goofy's is, I'm not sure if Donald even has one though.
Either way it's a good amount of money, and you can quickly buy any items in the game
