Good question. I think the GT6's have a few issues that have kept prices down. There is limited interior space, and interior heat has always been a problem. Believe it or not, prices are actually on the rise. I think the rarity of these cars, and the 6 cylinder power is finally being recognized.
I had a MK2 Triumph Vitesse, but always wanted a GT6... maybe one day.

I dont know much about triumphs, why are they not antiques in the $20,000 range?

It's a Monza exhaust, which can be found at the usual British car parts outlets:
The Roadster Factory, Victoria British or Spitbits.
