Mike, I have done your 4 minute Upper Body Workout twice now and it is better than the P90X workouts I have done this past year. It is quick and intense and requires minimal equipment. I get a wicked sweat and my body buzzes for hours after I have finished. Well Done and Thanks!

Im 5-9 feet tall & I am touching a ceiling nearly 12 feet & 6 inches high, That's the Top of the Basketball BackBoard!!! Also my head is Astonishingly near by a ceiling higher than 12 feet!!! The NBA Will Never Ever Be Ready For This Kind Of Surreal Flying Elevation!!!!!!!
So I didn't have the money on hand to buy the $97 workout system, but i took a combo of some of the workouts you have put on youtube and put them into a 30 min session. TOTALLY killer! I haven't sweat this hard in a long time! Thanks Mike!
1 week.... 1 week with six pack shortcuts and my fat fat gut is getting flatter and my arms or EXPLODING....... mike u are the bomb and u should make so more workout vids like a vid that has everything we should do to get that six pack in 90 or lower so like a vid with planks, then dead lifts, ect. ect. and atfer this 1 week i can already tell that mike ... ur gonna change my life :D
your 4 min upper body work out is beast! im currently doing that and its tense. i would live to do this one but i dont have the bar. but im sure i can rig something. just wanted to say its people like you who get me motivated.
@heraldo0wnspopo69 if you have access to a 15-45 lb plate or medecine ball you could use that instead and modify the exercise by doing it sitting down. you may see professional athletes doing this

@ukiani7 Make sure you're using the same quality of lifting motion for each. If you're "cheating" with one arm that could be why.
