How do u export it?

to IluvMJackson1958:I create the outfit myself... open the bodyshop, then click on "Create Parts"-> select the category of the outfit that you want modify then "Export texture" -> (don't click on "Import in the game" yet... after you export the texture, the file with the dress will be saved in a defoult foulder , without close the bodyshop, open the export file, modify it with a photoshop or other programs and when it's ready, save it, return in the bodyshop and click on "Import in the game"

Hello, I did the outfit myself.. you need to create the 'mesh' .. you need to start "The body shop" of the Sims 2, then 'create outfit', then you export it, and open the mesh with photoshop and modify the texture... (I used a picture of the remember the time 's dress) then you save and return in Body Shop, save everything and you have the dress! ;)
