  • SILVAA

  • bro your brain is working just fine! I agree with your pics!

  • I think u did a great job. but, i disagree with your outcome of the 2 main fights. 1st, I think Griffin will use the same stragy he used against Rampage. A lot of kicks to the legs of Rich n will win by UD. I also think the same rule applies for the main event. I see a boxing match simular to Pacquiao vs Mayweather. Vitor has speed n KO advantage but The Spider has the reach n better boxing skills. Anderson keeps him at the end of the jab n counters when he attacks. Anderson by UD.

  • Best picks I've heard so far. Excellent points and couldnt have agreed more about Forrest and Rich. You really hit the nail on the head with the title match. I feel the same way about Vitor vs. Sylva. Cant wait til fight time !!! GO VITOR!!!!!!!!!!!

  • good job man really did your homework on the fighters.

  • @hattrickhockey17

i like your picks dude, especially the main event even though i disagree with you on the outcome of the fight but i certainly command you for putting some thought into your predictions and put the match ups into a contextual form that is respectable. Mike tyson once said, "People talk about knock power and knock out ability, but it is the accuracy of that power and precision of the strike that really makes a difference". I couldn't think of a better way to describe Silva.

  • I could see Anderson outpointing him in the first rounds with his reach, kicks and Vitor might get frustrated and try to swarm Silva, it might work but it's also a fast way to get TKO'd by the spider. You never know how a fight is going to play out, but hopefully we'll get to see a stand up battle. Great preview of the event as usual.

  • ''Neither guy has really fought a striker like the other'' Nice way to describe this bout and I have to say I agree, IMO Anderson is gonna have to be on point with his footwork and head movement in this one because one slip, one mistake and it could be over for him, as for Vitor I think we're going to see if he's really more patient these days or he's going to do like his old days when he tried to rush his opponents in the early stances of the bouts.

  • great predictions as usual keep it up.

  • KIDs walking through Dj and taking the belt.

  • Again Chase, this intro music is too good.

Sorry, had to say it boss.

    =]

  • Belfort is much faster than most of the other fighters. AS is almost level.

Dana wants Belfort to win it BADLY. So there may be some stuff going on back stage.

If they are both fully fit

on the ground : AS 50% VB 50%

on the feet from the waist up : AS 60% VB 40%

on the feet from the waist down:AS 95% VB 5%

Therefore apart from a lucky punch. Vitor has to take the fight to the ground .

    AS TKO 1R

  • nice vitor/anderson breakdown...who the hell knows what will really happen in this one, right? anderson will be hard as hell to ko though...but, if anyone could do it, vitors the one-

  • @33pantera Its going to be a great fight, and its a lot closer than people are making it out to be IMO. Neither has faced a guy like the other "recently".

  • I agree with almost everything you said except for one thing Belfort has faced a great striker and that's Overeem and Belfort did a good job against Overeem to even tho Belfort loss that fight. And I don't think this will be a close fight either I think If Anderson Silva lays back in the first round like he has done in all of his fights he is going to get knockout the first round. I pick Vitor Belfort for the win by first round K.O. over Anderson Silva.

  • That sir! Is some great predicting... MUCH RESPECT!

  • @Eigh8Thechosenone Thanks for the support as always man!

  • "Forest like to out strike you? In and out of pockets?"

Are you talking about Forest Whitaker?

And who are these people saying Forrest has KO power?

We disagree with a LOT on this card but that's what makes it so interesting.

    ps. WORST MUSIC EVER!

  • @doliveij lol, I wish Forrest Whitaker was on this card, that would be hella funny.

Well some people believe he does. I think anyone can be knocked out, but I don't believe he

is that guy. We do, but hey if everyone agreed then MMA would be boring lol. Yeah, you don't

have to tell me twice. We had this discussion already.

  • In short clips I've seen, Vitor looked out of shape & didn't seem too confident in interviews. As you mentioned, hasn't fought top competition as of late. Franklin KO seemed a little flukey to me. Pulling for the Phenom, but I like Silva by TKO. Great breakdown.

  • @fsufantampa Vitor's ko over Franklin was no fluke. He is just a better than Franklin is.

  • Surprised by the Vitor pick. I reckon if it goes beyond 3-4 minutes Anderson will win.

  • BELFORT!!! BELFORT!! BELFORT!!

  • I know I will have to eat this..hehe.. but Belfort is too..whats the word for it..hm.."predictable" in his striking imho (like a torpedo going straight forward). Silva will breakdance around, avoiding Vitors strikes and finally win by 2nd or 3rd round TKO/KO.

I think Henderson is the strongest challenger so far... (I'm not counting Sonnen here since Silva looked like he just got out of bed with a massive hangover in that fight and he still managed to win).

  • @Eizenstahl Sonnen tested positive for roids, Henderson lost to Jake Shields who IMO is over rated and will get owned by GSP anyway, Itll be hard for AS to even break dance away lol, Vitor is way to fast. Anderson Silva hasnt faught anyone of that speed, he made it look easy against griffin cuz griffin is a newb lol.

  • I like your pick of Vitor over Silver. Makes sense to me. I,d love to see Vitor win the 185 pd title over Silver with out any controvery

  • great pick and explanation. thats exactly what iv been saying. except i think were gonna see the fall of anderson silva in the first round :0

  • Good video, bad emo intro song.

  • @xxxFaustusxxx I will have to agree...lol.

  • ill be rooting for silva, toughest opponent of his career

  • I agree with your picks but on the main event, even though I'm picking Anderson Silva based on consistancy...there is the possibility that Anderson could lose this one. Vitor has to get inside. I think ultimately, there won't be any consistancy in any division (depending on the style of the opponent that faces the champ) Styles will ultimately be the factor here...Vitor has a huge chance.

  • Nice picks yo, i'm a Omigawa fan so i'm pulling for him but i don't see how he wins this. Javi Vazquez couldn't do anything to Chad Mendez and Javi is a VERY good BJJ guy. Chad has pretty good top control but he stalls a lot. I think if omigawa is going to win this it's going to be standing up. Probly when chad comes in i just don't see it happening though. But omigawa has a pretty good guard that armbar he got in his last fight was sick.

  • about vitor i think that "layoff " may affect is conditioning and he all know silva can go 5 rd, thats what i'm concern with.

  • great video! vitor KO 2nd round

  • First off bro, nice talking to you today and NICE intro song.

    Very nice intro song!

Glad to see variety in MMA when it comes to music besides classical/rap/metal/or hard rock.

Anyway, you already know what I think about the fights, let's see what happens.

Enjoy tonight's card if I don't catch you and 126 as well, take care.

    =]

  • forrest griffin= ko power, ROFL

  • I want vitor to win, cause i'm tire of silva dancing, clowing or whatever the shit he does

  • great pick on the main event and great breakdown

  • @GetSomeTM Thanks for the kind words and the support. Its a close fight, and will definitely be exciting.

  • well one thing i know for sure is that this fight will not go the distance...

  • @pelopota Agreed

  • i think the only problem with the vitor pick is his cardio.

  • I honestly this that Anderson will win 1 of 2 ways. 1. He will pick Vitor apart I think Vitor is good but I feel that Anderson has more in his arsenal when it comes to stand up with kick the plum everything. 2. Anderson will TKO a rushing Vitor round 2 simply because I think Vitor tends to let his hands go and forget about the counter when he rushes then again we haven't seen that from vitor in awhile so well see.

  • @HelloBro111 Good points. I think those are definitely possibilities. This is definitely a close fight, and should be solid regardless.

  • keep up the great work!

  • haha PATD? really? :P

  • @cazz3000 lol that is what everyone is saying. I will rethink that choice next time lol.

  • @cazz3000

    Yes PATD!

Who do you have for next week Rob?

Or will we have to wait for your video? Haha.

    =]

  • @CascadeSoldier you shall indeed find out in my next video sir, hoping to get it out in the next couple of days

  • @cazz3000

    Sounds good homie!

    =]

  • Good picks Chase and good breakdown as always. I can't help but say thought that I completely disagree with you about the main event. I think Vitor has a good chance to win this fight and KO him early, but I think if he doesn't do it early in the 1st or 2nd round, he's not gonna. I think Anderson matches Belfort's speed and if not I think he's faster than Vitor. He's better in every category other than power in my opinion, and I see Silva picking him apart and getting a finish in the 2nd.

  • @bcmvp11 No worries. I disagree on the speed factor. I think Vitor will be able to stick and move and land combinations. Its going to be difficult for Anderson to time I believe as well as counter the multiple combos that I believe Vitor will jump in with. Its a close fight, but I think Vitor's footwork and speed it something that Anderson is going to have trouble with, hence my pick. Neither guy though has fought a striker recently, so its not like this pick is a "take to the bank " lol.....

  • @hattrickhockey17 Its definitely a close fight. Thanks for the feedback as always man.

  • @hattrickhockey17 That's understandable I guess, I disagree with you though. Another thing I think about here is that Vitor hasn't had a fight at Middleweight in over 2 years, what if he doesn't even make the weight? And if he does make the weight, how drained is he going to be? I think his cardio is going to be affected by this as well, and during those first few rounds I think Anderson will wear him down with combos and leg kicks. I just can't take Belfort with everything being said.

  • @bcmvp11 Those are solid points, and things that made me almost not go with my pick. I think the weight cut has made him better if anything, and now finally he is in the right place. He has a real strength and conditioning programs and a nutritionist. Fight night though will answer all these questions. I think there can be valid points on both sides of this fight as far as picking. Its definitely a close fight.

  • @hattrickhockey17 Very true, fair enough man, we will indeed see on fight night.

  • @hattrickhockey17 Volbeat if possible

  • @Jaggeh33 I will try to make that happen. Thanks!

  • bad intro song

  • @Jaggeh33 Well lol, I am starting to run out of songs so I had to use some back up stuff. Prolly won't use Panic! again lol.

  • @Jaggeh33 Just for some feedback, who would you like to hear on an upcoming video, and I will make that happen?
