Interview - Visual Studio & .NET Framework 3.5 -- Features

hey I tried to install c++ 2008 express and the install includes framework 3.5 but the problem is... Framework 3.5 doesn't finish its install on my computer.. laggs like hell. (vista os, 965express chipset, 1.73ghz celeron M530 64bit 1 gig ram)

rather than trying to install the pre -requirements one by one ,, try to insall all the pre-requirements at same time (u may get in 1cd), or try to skip the check condition by command prompt and run the cd

how can you "convert" a 3.5 framework application to a 2.0 framework ?
