Not only that, but the waves do not move. He tries to zoom in enough so that you won't notice, but it's still clear. Go onto your own PS3 and test it out. In the System information section, the waves move a ton. Far more than in this video. Also, there's no little black button help menu thing in the bottom-right hand corner when you click on system information, but there is when you click on photos.

There's some clear-cut evidence that this is not the system info, it is a photo! When he faces the camera towards the ground, he must switch over to the photo menu, because if you look closely, for about 2-10 frames of the video, you can see the "Triangle: Control Panel PS home button: Home Menu" black icon thing that appears in the bottom-right hand corner. It happens while he's trying to get his grip on the camera and catches a bit of the screen.
