Hey dude, a tip is to lean your head against the cr door as much as possible, the more you lean forward the lighter you ass become. And you also get even better stability when you have your head against the door. try that.
I think you're doing really well with your transfers. I'm a C6/C7 quad, and I do have triceps, but I'm not yet able to pivot the way you do. One year post injury, I'm still doing sliding board transfers and needing some (minimal) assistance with them. You seem to have really good trunk stability, too.

thanks! just keep doin it you'll get better. i stand a lot with braces n a walker, i think thats what helped with my trunk stability
