Dad loved Skynyrd, everytime I listen I think about my Dad.

Mom allways said he was a great man and he loved his music especially Skynyrd. Never knew him but everyone says he was one of those guys who no one hated you couldnt help but like him.

He lost his life over an arguement over a game of pool, he was stabed in the back and left to bleed out alone by hiself.

It tears me up when I hear Skynyrd.

He was only 24 and died in such a brutal horrible manner.

I am 46 yrs old from upstate NY so I know this bands music well.

Playing cards with my friends, wearing a big ole hat and a cigar hanging out of my mouth. Laughing and joking without a care in the world. Then comes the phone call from the New York State Police advising me thay my only son of 16 yrs old was just killed in a car accident in Saratoga NY. His best friend fell a sleep at the wheel.

He died TUESDAY, February 28th 2006 @ 9:30pm
