Try with weebly, weebnode, moonfruit, webstarts, webs, web or anyother(flash sites).

But for your own domain you must pay in all of theese.

Comments can't be added by viewers. You have to be a collaborator / editor of a Google site in order to add attachments and comments.

If you want to encourage comments from viewer, one way to do it is in a one-question form designed via Google Docs and embedded on your page.

You can.

Click on "edit sidebar",

you will find the SIDE LAYOUT option,

click on ADD A SIDEBAR ITEM

and choose the top one: adsense
