    Withdrawing from the entirety of the occupied territories counts as one promise I'm afraid. Therefore, Carter was right. They haven't kept any promises.

  • Carter isnt lying at all. Israel is still occupying Palestinian land, or arent they? The man is the most moraled and honoust of all politicians.
