This looks like the immature Brown Marmalated stinkbug. This insect is extremely invasive and is harmful to crops. It is thought to have entered the US through Allentown, Pa in 1998. They invade structures in the fall because they're looking for over-wintering shelter, not because the population is too big. Kill them when you see them!

Killing them is not a good idea. Even if you can take the stench, it attracts lots more. They leave an odor that lets others of its kind know that "this is a good place to stay" Another thing I noticed is that they like air conditioners. So if you have airconditioners on, they will probably be all around that window.

I fucking hate stink bugs. I use a compressed air keyboard duster can, turned upside down, to freeze those god damned things before they spray. I am Central PA's foremost authority on the destruction of stink bugs so consult me w/ any questions that you may have.
