I talked to Tates Locke in march (dont know who it is look him up) and he works with a bunch of players and said that Durant and Rose had the best work ethic of the "younger" players and that LeBron doesnt really work on what he should work on especially his 3 pointers...Rose's best basketball is ahead of him...there is no ceiling
