@ImplantedAgenda It is running the audio backwards. We use to do it with records where we put the needle on the record and spin the table in the opposite direction. Your recorder might have a reverse button on it...if you want to record yourself ..download audacity...it is free and record yourself then select the audio track...go to effect and pick reverse. I tried it just now and it works...Good luck!!

Well, I think the answer is explained differently by the main guy of this documentary. Check out 1-8, it's in there somewhere. He mentions how our energy (or Chi, whatever) can be harnessed and even "bottled" by other beings, so maybe if these "reptilians" can exist in the same plain as our soul/energy/chi, than it's "safe" o say that they could interact with our chi and even perhaps "injest" it....just a theory
