for those who don't know, this guy is an icon in the gun community from the 1980s. he's the chuck norris of gun videos when VHS was still available. if you don't know him, this may come off as a joke but he is practicing after all, not to show off how fast he can shoot. slow is smooth and smooth is fast

At least he is still making vids and doing it with airsoft as a training tool , which I think is a good trainer its cheap shoot it anywhere (within reason) . It gives you everything except recoil , unless you get the gas rifles . Those are nice but not cheap

Airsoft is a good way to train for pistols because theres and actual kick. However the kick is like nothing compared to real firearms though.

if you want to get really techincal they dont and cant just train with just airsoft they also train with live ammuntion in live fire drills to help them have a better understanding of the firearm itself. and not just airsoft. and these SO CALLED IDIOTS just dont like airsoft because most of them have actual firearms and dont want to play with toys anymore because they can be buying something that will have actual purposes to serve in life. It takes quite a while to get your grip correct so that the recoil won't throw it off to the left or right. airsoft is a much easier way to get that grip. I own multiple fire arms, I was also in the military and yes, this shit is fucking stupid. it takes me about 2 seconds to get my grip right on my 45, all done as I am with drawing it from the holster. Hahaha, this Lenny guy is such a dip****, I watched some of his traning videos back from 95' few months back, thsi guy is simply retarded. Kyle Lamb of VTAC does 3 second 3x2 shots in 1.10 second with REAL AR15. If you really want to see some great and innovative drills check out VTAC drills or Magpul The art of teh Tactical carbien with Chris Costa. They are also informative for airsofters, but this video is pure bullshit.
