If you want to play smooth you should get i5 2500k or higher. This processor is fantastic and will play this game very well. I have this overclocked to 4.4ghz along with a gtx 560 non ti. Also upgrade to ddr3 4gb. I have tried icenhancer 1.35 with texture pack but still prefer it without. For some reason gta 4 on 1.0.4.0 looks fuzzy.

i was thinking of ugrading my pc,my current specs:

6gb ddr2 (1x4gb/1x2gb)

nvidia palit gts 450 2gb

intel celeron E3300 2.5ghz

Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L Motherboard

650w atrix power supply

most of the games i play run smoothly, but it strugles to run gta 4 maxed out with icenhancer and when i run games with high resolutions.

so all i wanted to know is, from the specs i listed above what do you think i need upgrade?

And what do you think i should upgrade it to? Thanks! :)

@SolidBigBoss89 From within editor, export your video to 720p or 1080p. From there, drag your exported wmv video file into your editor of choice edit it as required. Exported videos can be found in the Rockstar folder in My Documents. That's really all there is to it.

@SolidBigBoss89 Re uploading the video. Once you export and re-edit it (to my understanding), you cannot upload it to Rockstar videos. Just a site like you tube or vimeo.

Can someone help me please? I fresh installed GTA IV 1.0.7.0 and applied iCEnhancer 1.35 (plus tree and road mods and trainer) and when the in-game time reaches 22:00 it crashes. I can't even start a new game. (i7-950, 6gb ram, gtx 470)

it just amazing,its so real best version yet.

the only problem for me is that when it becomes dark i think that the light shaft effects from the street lights and the car lights are not that realistic and some times when it rains i just get random bursts of light shafts coming from shiny objects and i real ruins the realistic gameplay.so if anyone knows how to fix it then please tell me.

Game crashes at startup with steam version, 1.3 worked fine but now it crashes instantly at end of loading when starting first mission.

Savegames deleted and game reinstalled and still the same problem.

Thanks for sharing this trailer presentation. It's really well made, and the music fits perfectly. It really shows of dof and reflections and blur and all that really well.. Which dof are you using?

Oh, and I don't know if you're using sony vegas, but you should disaple resample on your clips, so you don't get those double frames blending.. And as I have said before. Keep making these movies, it's great :) Personally I'm considering remaking the GTA5 trailer with icenhancer 1.35 :)
