@974joeblow if i'm not wrong, the store bought conditioner/hair mask acts as an emulsifier or some sort of binding agent, to bind all the stuff together. but i think you can do without the store bought stuff cos you know, natural is best! ^__^ hope this helps!

Tip: Skip the conditioner and the egg. You don't really need it. I've tried something easier that really works for me...NATURAL YOGURT. I assure you it works. Your hair looks healthier ans it is definately softer. You can also add a bit of olive or almond oil and you'll get the secret of a beautiful hair. Good Luck!

I just did it and I hated the banana in it, very MESSY!!! it got stuck all in my hair. But loved the results, very shiny and soft. I did have to shampoo though becau it felt sticky and tangled but after I washed with my WEN by Chaz Conditioner it was lovely, still trying to get the left over banana out of my hair though :(

PLEASE READ BE4 USING, Do not use this if: smelly or disgusting foods make you gag, & also dont use if you have tangely hair because the little banana and avocodo peices will be really hard to wash out. If you have tangly or unmanagable hair use "cowboy magic" it detangles hair instantly, makes it shiny and says qoute "helps grow long tails" it's origanaly used for horse's lol! But i use it and it helps my hair grow! It smells soo good too. Its clear so its a better alternative then food in hair

@icecreamluvx If your talking about his mixture? No i didnt apply it to wet hair; i applyed it to dry and i left it on for like 2 hours. I washed it out in my sink (i have a big sink in my laundry room). It didnt work for me, but im sure it does work for some people. I just had a hard time getting it out of my hair because my hair it gets so tangled. You can ask as may questions as you want:)
