Good for you. I had hoped that others would pick up the ball. Especially since as my rides are one-shot deals, they are catch as catch can where as someone like a local could video on a day of good conditions.
Thanks. I also have clips up of the Nashua River Trail (Nashua, NH to Acton, MA) and the new Bruce Freeman Trail (Lowell/Chelmsford line to Carlisle/Westford line). Somewhere around here I also have the Windham-Derry trail in southern NH, but not a high-speed version.
I hear you, the footage I submit to YouTube is far more watchable. My intent is to let people check out a bikeway, how easy is it to find the begining, how many xstreets, how easy is it to follow, how crowded, etc. Can't tell how well this succeeds. You have to admit though, the traffic buzz at select spots is cool.
It's definitely interesting and I am a bikepath veteran, I lived in Bedford much of my life and used it often so it was interesting to see such a thing on here heh.
Good stuff! If the weather wasn't so bad, it would have come out better. Now you can check out the other MA bikeways to see if they are worth cycling to for a a ride like I did.
Cool Video, I commuted a few times by bike to the Bedford VA on the MM and I always felt so empowered crossing over the jammed 128 in the morning.
It makes me want to take a trip back to Mass just to ride the path!
