  • Comment removed

  • my first one was a filtered one hehe

  • i LOVE luckies! L.S/M.F.T! i smoke these whenever i can get em, the smokeshop a few miles away is the only place to stock em for bout 30 miles.. they taste like butter to me. sadly though at nearly 8/pack i cant really afford.. so i generally get parliaments.. but GREAT smoke when can be gotten

  • just like ky weather lol

  • I had an idea to take a black&mild tip and put it on an unfiltered Lucky...idk is that dumb?

  • Video made on my birthday, I had a dream about Lucky Strikes last night.... Coincidence?

  • Oh, and sorry for the rant - Also forgot to add, Lucky Strikes are the best pre-made cigarette out there. Simply the best tasting, it's a fucking shame they are not more popular and so hard to find. I am Canadian, so I have to go over the border to get them, but there is a Gas Station just a few minutes across the border from me... Long story short, he orders me a Carton every 15th of every month because I come over, buy it, and drive back home. Lucky Strikes are fucking amazing !!!! :)

  • so it would be harder to get the smoker to like it - So it HAS to be better quality and without harsh chemicals or nobody would buy it. Does that make sense? So you shouldn't smoke a filter tip unfiltered, and vice-versa because the chemicals and blends of tobacco are made to be smoked in that particular way, and will taste bad otherwise. Thats also why unfiltered cigarettes cost more than filters - More tobacco, better tobacco, less chemicals. Cellulose FIlter = Cheaper than good tobacco.

  • But you can't buy filters in America, or unfiltereds everywhere else. Catch-22 really. Anyways, this goes for all filters, not just Luckies - You can't make them the classic unfiltered formula because filter cigarettes are made with different tobacco, and alot of different additives so it tastes better through the filter. It'll taste bad unfiltered. Whereas, the unfiltereds have much less chemicals and have different and better tobacco blend, because you taste it much more without the filter

  • @gizmothedog

No, the Lucky Strike Filters are inferior to the unfiltered because the classic Luckies are made with the old formula of tobacco, same toasting process, while Filtered Luckies are now international (Not made or sold in America, but made in Britain and exported across the world) so it's a different tobacco blend. It's very sad, but it will not taste anything like a real Lucky Strike. It's funny - You can only buy the Unfiltereds in America, Filters everywhere else.

  • when you said "smooth and light" i was like wtf is this guy talking about then i realized you were joking after you said they werent lols i picked up my first pack of these yesterday, i usually smoke reds but i love these so far. excellent vid btw (y)

  • i smoke marlboro lights and want to try these. strength isn't a problem with me because i used to smoke newports, marlboro reds and camel reds, but i have one question: when u smoke the unfiltered cigarettes, do u usually have pieces of tobacco going into your mouth that u have to spit out? because that kills my mood sometimes idk why lol

  • tom i live in chicago. i wanted to know if you can do a review of a pall mall unfiltered? send a message back if you can thanks

  • cleveland ohio weather is just the same bro!!! sux ass and unpredictble

  • Lucky Strikes are the BEST! Unfilters are really hard on you if you try to smoke them as your daily cig. I do love the filtered ones, you can order them online $25 a carton with free shipping. Not a bad deal. They just take a few weeks to arrive. Probably my fav! 5/5

  • i orderd 5 cartons online cuz i only found one place here in illinois that sells un filtered but its 7 bucks a pack...i paid 30 bucks a carton online and there the central euro made kinda so you know there good.

  • @MrAndrzej24 Preying on people via youtube is a very cowardice idea. You are pathetic, get out of here.

  • any place you know of in new york that sells these?

  • rj reynolds ruin cigarettes.

  • @MrAndrzej24 dont comment if your gonna say stupid shit

  • @TomsCigReviews Do you um have to um say um all the time um

  • @MrAndrzej24 now now, someones looking to get a hefty load of feces in their mother's mouth if they continue misbehaving.

  • Haha. You started talking about the weather and I was like "I know exactly what this guy's talking about!" And then you said you live in northern Illinois, and in fact, I'm in the Quad Cities. Except I was confused when you said 50 was freezing considering it gets to like 12 below on cold winter days

  • All I can find in my town are filtered Lucky Strikes. I used to buy the unfiltered ones a lot but they stopped selling. Was just curious if you think cutting the filter off a filtered lucky strike would give me the same cig as the unfiltered one. Thanks

  • @gizmothedog Yeah I would assume that cutting the filter off would usher the same taste and everything. But then again sometimes companies make unfiltered taste different from regulars, so I'm not positive. I'm the opposite here, all I have are unfiltered and all the filtered are gone. I'd have to try a filtered lucky to see for myself and give you a sure answer

  • As a former LSMFT smoker who had trouble finding unfiltered, I can emphatically say NO, they ae not the same cutting the filters. Now I roll my own Bugler or TOP. Much cheaper and taste closer than filtered cut-offs.

  • @gizmothedog Do you live in the US? Pretty sure they stopped marketing filtered LS in the USA in 1998 or something (wiki'd it)

  • these were issued in ww2 in the soldiers k rations

  • i live in north illinois around chicago

    ..what suburb you from

  • Heres a good history lesson about the lucky. Yes alot of military men in ww2 smoked them. Luckies were the cigarettes that were rationed to the troops that were fighting overseas.

  • I get Luckies and then re-roll them with a filter. Counter-intuitive? Yes. But I like having something to hold on to.

  • @bestgamer2112 save that shit for someone who gives a fuck. but yes i will have fun having cancer. thanks.

  • @bestgamer2112 do you relize that all smokers know they are going to get cancer but dont give a fuck??? we're not retarded...

  • @IIcoolbeans420II not all smokers will get cancer at all

  • @geppegep well if you die or quit before hand, but thats a givin, but if you smoke tobbaco for life your going to get cancer... thats a fact

  • @IIcoolbeans420II i meant unfiltered* and i dont really smoke...

  • Awesome review! Just one tip, when opening soft packs just open one side instead of the whole top foil. This can be done by carefully tearing the exposed foil on one side. Lol im 16 but dont ask me how i know this shit :D

  • lucky strikes compared to camel non filter.. lucky strikes are smooth and rich tasted the camel non filters have more bite to it and has weird tasting tobbacco when it gets in your mouth the lucky strike doesnt leave that chew taste in your mouth when the tobbacco gets in your mouth i got a carton of these and never went back to camel non filters

  • @Opsteker99 You can find unfiltered Luckies also in Germany,Greece,France,Spain . The taste is about the same with the US made, but milder. The us made is too strong.

  • They look and sound awesome Tom, I have had pall mall u/f and they were amazing, and every smoker should try an u/f once in their life. Great review.

  • Ha ha, yeah. I grew up seeing the Lucky Strikes manufacturing plant and I had no idea what it was until I saw Ironlungs62's video about them. Lol

  • Review "Djarum Specials" The Burgundy & White Pack. They Were Released On The Market In 1983 And Going Strong Ever Since Better Then Djarum Blacks There Not Even In The Same Conversation! .. Best Cigar/Cigarette Smokes By A Mile!! You Will Not Be Disappointed... Everyone Ive Ever Had Try Them Have Gotten Hooked On Them...Delicious.

  • You should review Camel Turkish Gold Unfiltereds, those are one of my favorite full flavor

  • You got a hair cut, I liked your hair before, but I guess because of the heat lol

  • Actually Ironlungs62's channel didn't get deleted. He said that he had to shut down the channel for a little while and lay low. All because he told his parents that he does cig reviews.

  • your surrounded by tobacco shops man!

  • i think the luckys unfilterd are smooth as fuck! i mean thats just me i used to smoke undilterd cigs alot a couple years ago so i guess i still got a feel for undilterd!
