why is it that innuit and native communities NEVER look in the mirror and ask themselves how can WE do better at managing our communities? sadly, an adverse affect of continual hand-outs leads to dependancy and irresponsibility.
In a world of that tends to deny unicorn myths, it's nice to know leaders still believe that elves and sprites can work in sync to defeat the harsh and cold environment that surrounds us all.
