I beleive Emperor Mateus was more successful. He conquered Hell and Heaven, and only at the peak of his power was he felled. Kefka became the god of magic, yes, but failed to destroy all the world, his main goal.

@Demonfox250 Holy attack was the life stream ^^ Actually, most of the attack uses the power of the lifestream. This is why in advent children the "Hero's" didn't use any magic attacks. Holy is the most pure form of magic. This was all comfirm by the Ultimania Omega. THE CREATOR. ^^

@MurakumoElite but in terms of FF villains i think exdeath from FF5 is a bit better than kefka.he didn't mess around.he was always ahead of the heroes.he killed a party member and other side characters and had a castle made out of nothing but human corpses which is the biggest duengon in the game.and his theme owns.

The final battle for me was pretty easy for what I can remember. Lev. 99 Umaro equipped with Rage Ring was all about body slams, ally throwing and multiple attacks, and each of the others knew Ultima. Actually Lev. 99 Umaro meant one shot kills in almost every battle at the Colosseum.

I've always disliked FF6, becuse you can make every character ridiculously overpowered. That takes away from the challenge.

Shadow:you must wait for him when you reach the end of the frloating continent.

Ultima:you have to go narshe with locke and talk to the man in the weapon shop he will tell you that he can make a sword out of the magicite he has or leave it as it is take the magicite.
