  • Niggy is somewhat of a Jesus, wanting to bear the ignorance of the entire human race

  • I don't think he goes by Niggy Tardust haha his name is Saul Williams, i think "The Inevitable Rise and...whatever..of Niggy Tardust" is just a way of pointing/laughing at people who see a rapper and go "oh look, another N*gg*r making music about guns and crack fiends and hoes" ...He isn't a rapper, he's a songwriter/artist/musician and spokesperson for the revolution of freedom of speech for today.

  • That title is a parody of a David Bowie album...

So yeah, you're not really correct in that assumption.

And he does go by Niggy Tardust.

  • Actually Niggy Tardust is a character he created that basically is a message that the entire human race is a n*gger. it's a play off Ziggy Stardust by David Bowie, but instead of being a space alien, Niggy Tardust is a Mexican illegal alien.

  • Niggy is kinda an alter ego/ ultra stage presence. It the last album its kind of the resurrection of the character (he is like a shamen or something.

  • cool,different,i liked it.

  • Trents on o da year 0 remix tracks. Don't know what yr listnin 2. Best album in years.

  • Niggy Tardust is actually pretty good and I don't like rap. Trent Reznors influence helped and I actually like this better than the original.

  • trent is only on 2 songs

  • you are fail.

  • I wanna go dance to this now

  • I could never get it.

The video was slowed-down to the tempo of the remix, I like it. Good job if it was something quick.

    P.S, No...they killed Trent!

  • where can i get this song?

  • Amazon or iTunes

Its not hard to find, it's a remix on the Survivalism single, just search for "Nine Inch Nails survivalism tardusted" on google, and lo, it shall appear..............

  • THANKS!

  • It's nice to see people supporting their artists financially, rather than downloading everything.

I mus admit I've been party to it, but that's because record stores have ripped us off for a good few years, but amazon and iTunes is an affordable alternative, i applaud you dreamsofstars and furzemun for having the goodness within you...and bank account :D

  • its funny you should say that considering trent encouraged people to steal year zero online cause rich record companies gauge normal people for art. trent doesnt need anymore money and he realizes it, thats why he cut ties with his record company and released nin newest album the slip on his website for free.

  • i still went out and bought it. always good to support the person that made the music

  • Wow!! Survivalism is no favorite of mine on Year Zero, but this remix is just great! And I think I like this video better than the original too, nice work!

  • I thought that no one would attempt to do this, and if so, I thought it would just be some still picture saying NIN, but not you. Awesome work for a quickie!!! You slowed down the real music video to make it look like he was actually signing at the tempo. Well, Apcfreak666, I think this will stay up for a LONG time!!! (Unlike the Will It Blend?: Camera 2: The Return...)

  • Saul Williams did very very good. Lovin' it.

  • I really like this remix especially how you can actually hear what Trent is saying. The beat is sick and the chourous at the end gives the song a light and hopeful soul beat sound that mixes well with the dark and gloomy sentimints of the whole piece. Nice job.

  • makes me wanna dance

  • damn. catchy beat.

  • heh, lets see how long this will be up before it, well.. gets taken down.

  • Looks good.
