Mickey isn't exactly a poet or anything. But, his typical lyrical persona is catchy & entertaining. This was just sort of Barney after he smoked a bowl and had a couple Smirnoff's. Not even derogatory enough to lead one to believe he was messing with any hardcore drugs.
