The easiest way is to install RSRBR 2010, a free user-made mod. The base package is around 700 megs and all car packs is about 500 megs. Installation size is around 10 gigs. You'll have new cars, stages, and even night time rallying. Cut and paste the following to Google since YouTube is being strange about links. It will point you to everything you need.

Make sure you apply this mod to another fresh install of RBR though. Hope you get good stage times!
