let's see. Goldman Sachs owns 10% of the Chicago Climate Exchange. Their old buddy Gensler is head of the CFTC which is regulating the carbon credit markets. Goldman Sachs uses their fabulous high frequency trading computer to create bubbles.

Then HR 4173 is TARP on steroids, Goldman Sachs gets a taxpayer bailout after they fuck up again on the derivatives market.

This is about Goldman Sachs, not the environment.
