I was in a place called Yod Abyssinia in Addis last Thursday (March 26, 2009) so it's either been rebuilt or there is a new place. The dancers were amazing.

It looks very similar to the dance that the Hamar people do in the South. This is so crazy, cuz i was planning on having a Hamar scene for my show this year,I love it!!! Thank you eve94115 for putting this up. It's very differnent from the other clips I have seen.

well you know, there are lots of ethnic groups in ethiopia and i know there are many that i havent even heard of so it could be a traditional dance that's done in a very remote part of the country.
