I try so hard to be healthy and sometimes I just feel like absolute shit. I mean I feel even worse if I eat highly processed foods but sometimes I just feel like I don't want to do anything anymore. This is very scary. I do not want to eat GMO's but it's almost impossible to know what is and what is not a GMO without clear labeling. You could be buying Organic GMO's, and not even know it.

Not too long ago the FDA was voting on letting cloned Salmon on the market. At the moment, I've not bought any Salmon or seafood (Thanks to BP) because I just don't think it's safe for myself or my family...
