I just bought this gun today and it's an amazing gun! If you are thinking about getting it, GET IT! It is as solid as it gets and feels nice, both texture and weight are just right. I shot maybe 4 mags so far and it is a very accurate gun. The BB's went right where I was aiming. Very impressed with it. I plan on getting some more mags and using it as my primary.

The magazine on this weapon sucks ass, it constantly jams, the bolt will not lock to the rear when charged only after firing, and not to mention the bolt release is a pain in the ass to press. I have to brace my hand against the weapon in order to release it. If you have the money due yourself a favor and buy a SCAR since they essentially have all the same features.

WE are you going to make a conversion kit for the G39C to use WE M4 gbb mags? Not that the G39 mags are bad or anything, they are great mags but they are really hard to find in Canada at the moment. Since there are only 8 of these guns in Canada, and M4 mags are really easy to find.

People, remember that WE is currently right in the middle of producing I'd say maybe 7 or 8 models - including the WWII STEN (or grease gun, forgot), the browning high-power, and an mp5. Most of these guns seem to be late in production, so let them finish the projects then tell them what you want.

@WEairsoft He probably isn't a competitor - look at his videos, he just opened up the magazine before he used it and was disappointed with what he saw so he never use it with your system - he uses external air. And some people do make pretty good guns by themselves, look around YouTube and some unofficial brands like Sheriff and Daytona gun. Some people make guns just out of various custom parts. I'm not against you guys, I do enjoy the new releases you have - just see things from another's view

@zendell37 My WE G39C doesn't cool down much. I fired 2 magazines on semi auto outside in the snow. I went inside to reload, and fired a full 30 round magazine non stop on full auto. One burst, and every shot was as consistent from first to last. I didn't know how good the rifle was until I actually bought one and used it. It's stock range with some .28s meets or exceeds my KWA M4 2GX AEGs. That's impressive.

Hey, i was wondering, i saw the interview with James on GGiTV and you said that the AWSS system for the m4 will not be available in the future and that it will all be replaced with the open bolt systems. I was wondering, for those who already own a WE m4 AWSS system, what happens then? Will the open bolt require different trigger group components? As of this moment, you still supply velocity arms with the AWSS m4's right?

@driftinsti The AWSS platform will still be there AND stronger than ever! Juts that it will be dedicated to a different sector. Parts will still be available for all previously-purchased guns.

To switch over to the Open Bolt system, we stiull have not decided the final form factor of the kit, but I promise you we;ll make it as painless as possible for all current owners of our AWSS M4.

Yes, Toronto Airsoft (Velocity Arms) still have the AWSS M4 with the clear lower.

Technically speaking, all the internals are newly designed & most contact areas (e.g. the bolt lock) are now steel. This is whithout doubt our most advanced GBB to date, In fact we'll basing it's design (especially the mag's) on all our future platforms.

I really like the G36 replicas, but I hate the mags. The stacking is a neat feature for having a spare handy, but it makes taking them in/out of pouches a pain

One thing I noticed in other vids(namely the 18 mag runthrough) is that the gun seems to vent a bit of gas out the bolt in the first few shots of fullauto

@Blurgas it is because the mags were filled too full; please note that filling the mag TOO full is not a good thing. We suggest filling it about 6-8 sec only. TOO full the mag will just vent out the extra gas & waste it. I hope I make it clear here :)

Well, I did it. I pre-ordered one :D And if it's anything like your 1911 MEU, I have high expectations. I think WE has serious potential to become the new Tokyo Marui, of the GBB age that's coming up fast. I wouldn't doubt if AEGs eventually got pushed back largely to Support Weapon systems, the one place where GBBs can't touch them as far as sustained fire. Of course, if WE revisits the Classic Airsoft Layout, except with Propane instead of CO2, even that won't be safe (I'm just saying...)

Just received my G39C today, first impression is very happy with the recoil feel and the new design of the system. It gives me a sense of confident that my WE PDW and M4 did not. everything is so smooth and I noticed the size of the contact area between the moving parts is significantly reduced, probably why it seems much smoother then say M4, where there's lots of Metal parts grinding against each other.

@Livingin20772 Yes, in fact I searched for one a year ago and was sad to never have found one. But as the Xm8 is a mod of the G36, and the WE G39 is compatible with AEG bodies (like carry handle, inner barrel and hand guard.) You may be able to fit a WE G39 sytsem into an Xm8 AEG body, with a little homemade modification. Just use 134a gas though, I'm not sure if the lower-quality ABS bodies can hold up on green gas.

This would be a great idea, so for people who own any of your other guns (except M14) will be able to use their existing mags (after upgrading to the open bolt). Because lets face it, GBB mags are expensive.

When looking into my first GBB I was going to buy the scar but all the bad comments about its reliability all over the web made me stay away from it so I went with the KJW M4 mainly for its legendary reliability. @markraykhenberg KJW M4 has 'legendary reliability'? And our SCAR does not??? We've sold more than 10,000 SCAR worldwide & have had only the stock plate issue on the 1st batch guns. It is still one of the best seller after its release a year ago. Our 'revising it' (& the other platforms) is to implement our 3rd-Gen 'Open Bolt' system, which we see as the BEST GBB system on the market today. Yes, we'll of course rectify the little nagging issues associate with some of the platforms as well :)
