  • Danny nepali dude .. is enjoying with full power .. he is a rockstar

  • danny had produced phir wohi raat in 1980 with superstar rajesh khanna in the lead and music by rd burman.

danny and asha had sung the song in music in 1976 and danny asked RD to use this nepali folk tune for the rajesh khanna film. song was sang mere nikle the sajan sung by lata and kishore.

  • @happybikash denzongpa ,is sikkimes, isnt it?

  • @tenzing1997 nepal and NE India(sikkim, assam, nagaland, manipur, mizoram, tripura, etc) were originally call Kiratdesh, so danny is kirati. doesn' matter if danny was from nepal or sikkim. he is kirat.

  • A real rare upload.

  • How nice! Sounds like the original of "sang mere nikale the sajan" from Phir Wohi Raat.

  • yes madam I just saw/heard this song on u tube.What u say is correct.Good observation. Harish

  • @geetateet Agree with you. This song originates from Darjeeling whic was once Nepal. The reason for sounding similar was because R.D Burman used Nepali Insturment Madal, in his recordings and was fairly influenced as well.. but the meaning are completely different in the songs!!

  • @madansherchan

It was the Nepali composer Ranjit Gazmer who introduced Madal to R. D. Burman.

  • @birajification cheers!!

  • @geetateet kya bat hai yahi song original hai aur Phir wahi rat ka song copy hai itni samajh nahi hai?

  • @geetateet this song is older than that u r talking abt haha

  • what's the language?

    Is this Bhutia(sikkim) or nepali?

    may be around 1974/75?

    Very good upload.

    thanks for sharing..rare gift.
