When waves of energy, wind, blows in one direction, the clouds will roll, make long lines of clouds. You have several of those in the video. They are called "cloud streets. When you have wind coming from differing directions, the energy will disipate where the waves meet, making an interference pattern. It's called "destructive interference".

Earthquake lights have been discussed since the ancient Greeks. They are a natural phenomena, a mystery still being studied today. If you get NatGeo, they have a show Paranatural--Mystery Lights that discuss them. If they have been around that long, then they can't be attributed to anything man has done without proof. Google "earthquake lights", there is a lot of information. And the rainbow in the sky is not an earthquake light. It's atmospheric optics. Google that, too.
