I think that Jacks Dad is alive becuase that lady goes "Im gonna have to call his office." Jack didnt want her to, because he did write the perscription, and if Jacks Dad still has an office he is still alive.

the funeral was probably michael. why? kate wouldn't want to go because of the stupid stuff he had to do to get off the island. and the name on the newpaper is different . why? because michael didn't want to be found in case the losties got off the island.... put that in your pipe and smoke it!

I think it's Sawyer's and that the he she mentions might be Sawyer's son.

It could be that she end up pregnant, manages to survive it and than has to raise it herself.

Would be a pretty good reason not to go to Sawyer's funeral.
