Heidi has been very weak in challenges but then Jenna got sick and broke down in camp i can see why they would think she was better to bring with them till one more tribal council. They didnt expect her to recover and probably hoped she would stay sick, keep being misserable and with Heidi not there she wouldnt recover and would self destruct and be easy to defeat in the next imunity challenge. Its easy in hindsight to say well she made it and won the season so Heidi would have been better.

It seems to me that we're left with four people who each epitomise a different game strategy, showing how each can be equally successful. As so aptly pointed out in the preview of the next episode, there is Rob, who lies and cheats his way to the end; Butch, who flies under the radar; Jenna, who flirts her way through; and Matt, who wins all the challenges.

@SirChristopher365 Well first off, Heidi's far from dumb. She still has one of the highest IQs of anyone who's ever played Survivor. In fact, the first person that I know of to pass her is David Murphy of Season 22, this upcoming one. So in 21 seasons, she might just have been the smartest.

Second, she was the one who convinced Deena to help out with the alliance. Until Deena met Rob, Heidi held the chips in this game. And she managed to create paranoia in Rob with the Christy thing.
