By the way, very important part of the instructions. Once you have done the a2uploader. Do NOT turn on your phone before doing the update to the SEUS as it will not update.

You will know if you have done it successfully because it will either say new update available or it will say already latest update.

The file "HTC_TouchFLO3D.swf" should be actually placed in the flash folder, you will see the file hiddenpeak.swf or similar.

well its not really a hack for say. its more of the ability for you to place new flash themes upon ur phone.

but even if would dont want to do this, i highly recomend debranding your phone, this removes all (tmolbile) or any other providers tags of the phone.

also increases phone value.

I am on orange, and i done it, it worked follow the steps in the description to debrand, it works, now the diffrence between hacking and debranding are totsly diffrent, hacking is when u gain restricted acess, its no illegal on a phone thats what i think anyway, and debranding is when u remove that shity operator system and aplications. if u debrand your se it will have all the se menus and applications! follow the steps carefully, any problems i will try to help =)

Basicaly just plug your phone in without the sim card and memory card and only with the battery, hold the cancel button and connect the phone to your pc, it will instal the driver!

If you follow all the steps should work, try turning your phone on, before connecting to SEUS, and make sure is set in one of the languages that the new firmware support.
