Yes! Absolutely! I'm so pissed about that! The only winner of African descent who actually deserved the title was Eva (Yaya would've done well too). Mercedes and Nik deserved the cycle 2 and 5 winner titles. No African-American contestant since Nik has had enough talent.

Um, I'm not sure how to respond to what your saying about there not being a black model not being good enough to win since Cycle 5. I liked girls like Fatima, Ebony Cycle 9, or Lisa Cycle 9. It's just too bad they weren't chosen over another girl.

But I have noticed that thin blonde models had been getting the short end of the stick. I wouldn't consider Nik blonde. But Shannon did not do a photoshoot and Samantha wasn't as good as McKey. Anya definitely deserved to win over Whitney, of course.

I apologize, arquettefan; that came out wrong. I think several girls (such as Danielle c6, Lisa c9, Fatima c10, and both Teyona and Aminat c12) were very, very strong competitors. What I meant to say was there were, unfortunately, even stronger contestants in those girls' cycles (Joanie c6, Jenah c9, Katarzyna c10, and both Allison and Celia c12, in my opinion). Is that less vile-sounding? I don't mean to come off as nasty or insensitive.
