It literately reads "devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet" it doesn't say in the Greek that beast and false prophet are still conscious there.

Solomon is using a literary device where he argues that w/out God all is Vanity. W/o God "the end"would be same 4 the righteous& the wicked just physical.Simply 2 return 2 the ground as a dog does&cease 2 exist no awaiting judgement Hes arguing the futility of life,morality ,meaning apart from God.Then answers it by10:13-14.This is Y context matters

1) Solomon is a fictional character who, consequentially, never wrote anything. The first REAL character in the OT is King Josiah, and even he is largely fictionalized/half-rememebered­.

2) You're just making an artificial harmonization to fit together a bunch of books from a diverse religious tradition that includes everything from polytheism to gnosticism to Zoroastrian dualism. The fact is Ecclesiastes contradicts most of the rest of the Bible.

In Job there R entire chapters were in them his wife&friends speak things that God in later chapter says R darkened council &words w/o knowledge Now what if I just quoted those verses&chapters apart from the whole of what was happening in the book & then said well the bible teaches it. Soul sleep doctrine is unbiblical. In 1Thess 4:14 it says He will bring "With" him those who have fallen asleep(Jewish description of appearance of dead body not state of it) 2 be reunited with their body's. I also want 2 cover usages of destruction& perish in bible& degrees of punishment in hell, what Hades is, what L.O.F. is,etc Rev 22 says the wicked will be cast into L.O.F so the question is what happens there&4 how long? What about Rev.20:10 saying individuals(the false prophet) along w/ Satan being in L.O.F. tormented day&night forever& ever?

We need to pray for this man because he seems arrogant and influences a lot of people. I am sure he believes he is right but I do not see compassion or humility in him! I have ran into a few people here on Y.T. that hail him as an authority. Some people think they already have all answers. I am ground in what I believe yet at the same time realize I could be in error!
