I was a dealer a few years ago in NC. I bought an expensive display with the large Simmons "globe: on top. Each time I called the rep he had forgot who I was and my name? I've dealt with 100's of companies over the years and (Broyhill was the worst by far) Simmons was really bad from a dealers perspective. Horrible product, service and overpriced. Smaller companies offer more for your money. Forget Serta, Sealy and Simmons.
they are only as good as the people who build them in the factories. It's not uncommon to get a bad bed that has the wrongs spring system in it, or the wrong foams, or missing layers of foam. Defective metals from other plants and the list goes on. After selling mattresses the only mattress I will buy is the one I lay on. So if they say they have one in stock I say well put it out on the floor and let me give it a try. I set it up by the demo and compare the 2
Ive had my wold class for almost 4 years and its started to lean and squeak on the edge i sleep on, started waking up with a sore back. Now i sleep on the other end and it feels like new.
I don't know what happened to simmons beauty rest products, we had lena river model went south after 1 year, after 18 months I got it replaced under the warranty, not for sagging mind you, which was almost 2 inches, but for springs creaking and popping. T,G there were no stains.. The new one we have for about 3 months and its already killing my back from lack of support. I wonder if they just re-case the warranty product they get back, it went soft so quickly.. nothing but junk out there.
@automan1223 How did you get them to replace it? Did you go through the dealer or go directly to Simmons. When I called Simmons directly, I got the most unprofessional and unsympathetic operator - she just kept repeating the same sentence over and over. And when I asked to speak to someone above her, she said they don't take calls. Pesonally, I'm done with the company, short of a call from the CEO. Good luck and I feel your pain.
@lcd2201 It's a firm - and its great, except where you might want to sit down for a moment or two, at the foot of the bed - it'll just collapse under you.
@studio12h if it says 360 degree , that is not all around. do they know what 360 means. lol. if al of them are like that, then they have a serious problem with the world class line. i heard this line is inferior in comparison to the NXG line. but if you are satisfied with it then thats all that matters.
@MattressAdvisor The so called "360" encasement which is the foam slap which should keep the edge firm enough to sit on, is only on 3 sides of the bed. The head or foot has zero support - 2 replacements and still they refused to admit that it was factory defective - I posted this so the online merchant I purdhase it from would arrange for a replacement since it was brand new defective. Heed my words and avoid this product.
SIMMONS SUCKS! They won't honor their warranties. They won't even stand by their product. I can't get any help from anyone. It like all forms of accountability have flown out the window...

They have a 10 year warranty... why is there an issue?
I just ordered one from their black line with a 20 year warranty. I am heavy so hopefully it will stand the test of time.
