A word of advice: Sell all your stasis packs you may find during the game and also use your stasis regulary so you can kill the enemies by only punching them, just to conserve your ammo. If you are worried that the stasis will get depleted, don't worry, there is a code which instantly replenishes all your stasis and there is also a code for replenishing your oxygen. You will still get the achievement for doing this, however, I know this works for xbox360, not so sure about ps3 or PC.

I always just freeze them and just run to conserve ammo I only use it when I really need it.
