@eIchristo nope. Chameleons change color whenever they want to. Its the expression of their mood (relaxed is another color than stressed), for mating, fighting, or temperature-control and for some other reasons

They are amazing pets..If you treat them good and don't try to make them mad,they can be pretty friendly..Mine is very tame and has never bit me or gotten aggressive with me in 3.5 years..I suggest getting them as babies but they are quite a bit of work when getting them that young,it's all worth it though..I have a Nosy be panther..

if you know how, they are not hard to care of. But you need to read a lot before you can keep one. - They defenitely dont accept other animals. No matter what kind of animal. They are quite sensitive to stress, they get stressed very easy and can die because of stress. So: no, they dont get along with waterdragons. They dont share their cage with other animals.

I'd say, unless you want to be a breeder (which takes a lot of learning to do), I wouldn't put two together in the same cage. Chameleons are very solitary by nature. They're happy just to stay by themselves.

males of these Chameleons (Furcifer pardalis) dont have tarsal spurs like some other kinds of chameleons. However, males show much more colors, are bigger and have thicker "tailroots". - Watch my other video "chameleon pairing", there you can see both, the male and female pairing. I guess the difference is clear then. ;)
